What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We have Yoga for every BODY. We offer 8 different styles of yoga, from a Hot Baptiste Power flow, to Restorative, Chair Yoga for seniors and rehab. We have hand picked selected teachers with years of training and knowledge to introduce you to all the benefits yoga has to offer.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
That feeling of pure bliss after class. You will leave our studio feeling relaxed, stress free, and ready to take on anything that comes your way.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We want to be of service to our community. We feel that Freehold needs a place to go when their lives get a little crazy. We want to share all the benefits that yoga has to offer, and with our variety of classes, we know you will find class to meet your needs.

What do you love most about your job?
We love supporting our community- local businesses, farmers markets, local boutiques and restaurants. We love the hometown feel of Freehold and want to support everyone we can. It is very rewarding knowing each time you teach you're helping your neighbor find a little more gratitude and self-love.
