This company is very professional. The service techs answer any questions and they repair and or check equipment in an efficient manner.

This was the first year that I can say that I was not pleased with the overall winter furnace tune-up. The employee they sent over wasn't knowledgeable about my carrier unit and didn't know how to have the thermostat communicate to the furnace and humidifier. I now have to call another company to come and look at it. So if you beware before you purchase.

Arrived on time .. suggested and offer solutions for future repairs .. but didn’t even mentioned check or change the filters .

( Fall0f 2019) Recently purchased from Groupon a dual Ai-/cond/heating checkup.from Temprite. Made an appt. and the furnace checkup was completed and I was then told by the tech to now wait until the warmer weather (spring/summer 0f 2020) to make the 2nd appt for the air-cond service portion of the deal. Don't quite understand the Groupon offer for both services if both services cannot be done on one visit. Otherwise, having used Temprite before, I have been very satisfied with their service and would use them again.
