When I walked in there was no one there to greet me, I sat there for 5 minutes waiting and then started roaming the hall to find someone. Then I sat down and they sprung on me that I need to pay 5 bucks for a kit to take home for sanitation purposes, which would have been fine if I was informed AHEAD of sitting there with my feet in the water. ( This was not in the groupon info or told to me when I made the apt) Then at the end she said 5$ tax. Im pretty sure that that is a GROSS overstatement of the actual tax for this procedure ( mani/pedi) . The whole thing seemed really crooked.
