I originally scheduled and they told me that I hadn't scheduled anything I waited for 30 minutes before they told me they couldn't fix my phone, then when at my next appointment they told me I had to come back 3 1/2 hours later to get my phone finished so I ended up having to leave my phone and had to come back to get it.
