Bio Dental is REALLY awesome. The intake people are rad. The hygienists are super sweet and friendly, and the dentist is a really cool, knowledgeable guy who truly wants to teach his patients about what's going on in their mouths, and takes a minimalist approach in terms of treatment. If you're scared of doctors, dentists, or anyone getting too close and personal with a sharp object, fear not! Everyone there has a gentle manner, and gives you the feeling of being in control (which is what we really need when we're feeling vulnerable!). If you've had a bad experience, or don't have a dentist you can trust, come check this place out! It's really awesome!

Dr. Shawn was helpful and explained things well. Mona was one of the most meticulous of hygienists. Those were the positives, the medical staff. The negatives, though, were the support staff and the environment - the office was noisy with far from your typical soothing dental office music - there were staff hollering to each other down the hallway - the first exam room staff member, beyond having an unprofessional image with body piercings on her face, communicated unprofessionally as well, and she was one of the people hollering to others down the hallway to her "buds"- the front desk staff communicated with each other making me feel in the waiting room that I was in a frat house.
