Bought this because I had a great experience the first time I tried begginer’s yoga at the park with Barbara Chadderton. Now I find myself looking forward to Sunday yoga at the park! Highly recommended for newbies like me who are intimidated working out in large groups. Barbara always reminded us to listen to our bodies and modify as necessary.
