What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We provide a quality carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning in our community since 1993 and we provide excellent service and maintain Thousands of repeat customers. We specialize in Insurance claim work such as water damage and fire in the entire Los Angeles area with A great reputation!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started this business in 1991 by working every day for another customer in another home and within 2 years had enough repeat customers that refereed me further and that allowed me to buy more truck mounted unit and keep my good name. The company now has 6 trucks providing cleaning / restoration

What do you love most about your job?
My customers love the work and refer us to their friends and family. We love the actual cleaning job!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We get verbal all the time but when a customer goes the extra mile and puts a good word online is the best thing ever!

Well I bought $220 worth of carpet cleaning for $88. This is not exactly true. The guy that shows up is making less than $30. So if you want “soap- like” additive, deodorizer or anything besides just water in your steam clean it will cost more, in my case an extra $25/ per bedroom, which are not even the same size, and don’t think there was any soap involved. So with a $20 tip, you see the math
