The front desk person was so persistant. She schedualed me for another apointment and added a treatment by saying "ill throw in this facial for your next appointment" and when I asked how much is this facial your throwing in she quitely sait $ 300. Did not appreciate that sly tactic especially when in one of her shifts she cannot even make that sum

I’ve gotten many tattoos removed from different places and it’s been the same process. This place did a horrible job. My tattoo looks darker after the first round. It didn’t frost at all. I’m pretty sure they didn’t do anything at all. I called to tell them about my experience and they didn’t help me with my problem. Such a waste of money :(

Just had a session with them. The staff was amazing the nurse was very patient. She held my hand as I yelped with pain. Isn't the first time a beautiful woman has hurt me but is is the first time they said are you OK while doing it. Highly recommend.
