Needed someone close to where I lived for maintenance on my bleached dark textured hair. Unfortunately she seems very inexperienced. Showed her a picture of my hair before it was grown out and brassy. I had hair down to my bum, she completely damaged it had to cut inches off, left me with blotchy, unblemded orange hair, and instead of long layers and curtain bangs I got left with extremely short bangs as if a toddler took scissors to their Barbie. All 2 days before my baby shower. She offered to fix the orange but unfortunately that wasn't the only thing wrong with my hair and I wouldn't want to go back to get it fixed here with how my hair turned out. I wish I could get my money back since I had to spend even more money to get it fixed right before my baby shower :(

I'm sorry you wanted platinum blonde hair on the first decoloring from your natural blue black hair i let you know that it would damage your hair before we started and offered to keep the chemical off your already orange prelightened dammaged ends and yes i even offered to re bleach you to make you lighter to say im inexperienced is alittle low when i gave you the knowledge and you didn't want to listen but oh well can't make everyone happy
