The service that I received was absolutely atrocious on all levels - I do not know where to begin. I had a 3PM appointment, and was kept waiting until almost 4PM. There was one stylist juggling three of us at one time. I was left with wet hair in the sink for about 45 minutes. By the time he got around to cutting my hair it was almost completely dry, which caused an uneven cut that I had to have fixed the following day.
I have blonde hair and I stressed how nervous I was about the highlights looking fake or streaky. Once I said that I was uninterested in any sort of treatment other than what was included in the Groupon, I was dismissed and no personal attention was given at all. My hair looked like a zebra, and I had to have that treatment re-done as well.
All in all, I was there for 4 hours, most of the time just sitting unhappy and extremely uncomfortable. I would strongly suggest not to purchase this Groupon offer.
