Are there any dishes on the menu you consider to be a hidden gem—not necessarily the most popular, but surprisingly delicious?
Our 12 daily soup specials are unusual combinations! Our salads allow you to choose your "top," then choose your "bottom," so you are not limited to the same old salads sold elsewhere. Our desserts are unique and made daily.
Do you use any special recipes at your restaurant?
Owner and Chef Edward Sylvia is a fine-dining-trained chef and is a fan of the slow-food movement. He believes all food should be made fresh everyday—from scratch—and prepared to order.
In your own words, how would you describe your menu?
Fresh, healthy food with daily chalkboard specials. Our food is free of processed ingredients, trans fats, MSG, and high-fructose corn syrup. All menu items are prepared within 30 feet of where they are bought.
