The service was decent. But when I paid the taxes with my credit card, the esthetician charged a tip on my credit card without asking how much I want to leave a tip… it’s nice to ask.

As a business owner, I am very sorry for this awkward situation. I never impose tips, and my goal is to develop a neat relationship with every one of the clients. Software systems have settings that can be activated by mistake, and this could be the case. Still, I assure all future Groupon clients that could be interested in enjoying my services and that this was an isolated incident and that I would investigate how it happened.
