What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? GFMovement, or Groove and Flow, is a unique dance class with the people in mind. Dancers will not only be challenged but encouraged to live happier, confident lives. I believe movement can uplift people and provide healing in the mind, body and spirit. GFMovement is for everyday people, all levels.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? I give lots of encouragement and try to keep the environment as light hearted as possible.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I love to dance and just want to share my gift of dance with others.

What do you love most about your job? Using dance to escape and give happiness to others.
