The root touch-up was good. However, the haircut was so different than what I asked for. It terribly uneven. One of the worst I ever got.

Ivana is FANTASTIC. She took the time to talk about what I wanted (regarding both the color and the cut), gave suggestions, and explained what she was doing at every step. I felt LISTENED to, which is so important. She's talented and professional, but also easygoing and fun. I really can't say enough. Definitely going back. ❤️

I was so happy with my hair. Ivana took her time to do my hair very beautifully. This is how it looked at the very end. This was a great experience.
