From Our Editors
Late October. The moon hangs heavy and unblinking over a glassy black lake, the wind rustles the dying leaves and, in the distance, a cat lets out a mournful yowl. In other words, it's the perfect time for a party. Ghouls, ghosts, and goblins come out for the Haunted Halloween Ball, an ode to spooky revelry set in the shadow of the city skyline. It's a costume ball, of course, where the sounds of October's music provide the ghastly rhythm for equally ghastly dancing, drinking, and seasonal mischief.
