Little hard to find entrance. Bottom floor middle ish stairs for future people. Once you find it, it’s very cool. Little video you watch about the history of 30 Rock. Then you hop on an elevator and you’re at the top. There are two different levels to the top. Just explore and you will find it. We went two weeks before Christmas it was a little chaotic but organized chaos.
