I felt pushed to buy more Zerona treatments. I wasn't informed that they offered other treatments until I mentioned looking into them at other places. The treatment went well, nurse was great. I had lost a couple of inches at the waist in one visit.

I received conflicting information numerous times, no returned phone calls, loss of paperwork....overall very unpleasant and unprofessional experience, (I never write negative reviews but this is more than warranted).

The Groupon sessions were much shorter than a normal session. After $400 Groupon dollars and 3 visits they said it would take $1,300 and 9 more sessions before I saw results - with No guarantee of seeing any.
