Cheeky Fitness strives to empower its students with workouts that build confidence in addition to muscle tone and endurance. The studio offers pole classes for attendees of all skill levels, leading groups through graceful, sensual routines that use spins, transitions, and choreographed floor work to provide cardio and strength training at the same time. At the aerobic Kangoos sessions, students strap on pairs of rebounding boots that turn every hop into a gravity-defying jump, much like when eating helium for breakfast. Pole, twerking, and tension-alleviating aerial yoga round out the studio's schedule of distinctive, engaging workouts.
