The trainers at CrossFit Wild are determined to make the CrossFit system accessible to everyone of all fitness levels, as it can be scaled and customized to suit all levels, from elite athlete to someone brand new to the world of fitness. Exercising with friends allows you to morally support each other and trainers also offer continuous encouragement during intense sessions of ever-changing daily workouts that utilize functional-movement exercises, such as tossing medicine balls, jumping on and off plyometric boxes, and lifting weights. It?s a system, too, that rewards participants with enhanced agility, strength, and speed while prepping them for all work, sports, and daily activities.
