I purchased this Groupon on a whim without knowing anything about the salon so I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Ivana. She is very professional and she took the time in the beginning to discuss what I wanted and to explain the Keratin procedure and what to expect. We discussed that I want to grow my short hair out and she was able to reshape it without taking off too much length. She also provided me with information on a supplement that helps with hair growth. The Keratin treatment was fantastic and I LOVE my hair now! It's so smooth, soft, straight and shiny. She was also very explicit in explaining the directions for how to take care of my hair after the treatment. She's very personable and friendly and we were chatting so much, I never even noticed the time passing. I look forward to my next visit. I found a new hairdresser, yay!

Ivanna saw me promptly for my Keratin treatment and haircut. She was very professional, well spoken and fluent in both English and Spanish. Her technique was flawless… I never experienced a moment of discomfort. I was very pleased with the results: my hair was shiny and completely frizz free!
