I got a call from Posh manager stating I'm not a new customer I shouldn't have bought the Groupon.

Very clean and organized. The pets are well taken care of and the staff is very friendly

The staff is attentive with great customer service. My dog was frightened at first. One day I brought her in and when an employee came out to take her back to the play area, my dog's tail start wagging and she went right up to the staff person. He looked at me and said, "we bonded yesterday." Happy dog.
