They took my dog inside and came back 15 minutes later telling me they have a lot of trouble with him and he was a furious dog (I got to different places for bath and other things and I have never had problems like that, my dog is very quiet and friendly), they said they gave a bath but he smelled bad, and was totally nervous and crying, the personnel was very unfriendly. Hate the place

Great service for our four legged friends, very convenient I could walk my dog there from home. They got me in the day I called. My lab makes it such a challenge to bath him at home so we love the location and ease of dropping him off and 1 hour later picking up a clean dog with nails trimmed.

Employees are nice and caring. Our pup came back smelling fresh, had soft fur, and nails clipped. Quick and friendly service. Would go back again.
