Jones Cleaning & Floorz LLC, West Sacramento

If I could, I’d give this company a zero. They called me, set up an appointment, & never showed. They redeemed by voucher anyway & have continued to forward my calls to voicemail. They have not responded to emails either. This Groupon is fraud.

They were helpful, knowledgeable, easy to schedule with, professional, thorough, hardworking, and had a great plan. I’ve been taking care of a family member so my housework has slacked and they did far more in two hours than I could in weeks. I would absolutely hire them again.

States I used this on a day I was working at 6:57 AM. I called them and have had no return in the past 4 days.

I feel blessed to have found Jones cleaning. They did a great job on my home. I had just had my grandkids here and construction so other was bad! I appreciate the attention to detail and they even took the time to clean my antiques (for just a bit more). They were both very polite and respectful of everything in my home. I will definitely be a return customer and will tell my friends about them.
