Although my car was shiny and clean, they didn't clean my car as well as I had hoped. I thought when getting a detail, they would pay attention to detail. There was dirt still on my rims and in my door jams and my cup holders were still dirty. And since it was a groupon, I had to wait longer than someone that paid regular price (that didn't buy a groupon). They were very unorganized when I was dropping off my car like this was the first groupon that they had done.

Not an easy way to get wash codes. It was printed in groupon that you can call or email to receive wash codes. But email was the only way according their employee, and you need wait at least 48 hr to get them.

After finding out that the girl who said she would take me home while they did my detail didn't even work on Sunday, I was disappointed to say the least. I was imagining having to sit for hours while they did my car. Fortunately they were very accommodating and they drove me home, then delivered my car directly to my door about three hours later. I can't say how impressed I am that they went out of their way to help me out even while I was using a coupon. They had no idea I was a regular there and also have a club card for monthly washes. I must give them the highest rating I can for customer service and quality of work; both of which are superior.
