In its newly renovated wellness haven in Scarborough, Kusum Institute welcomes both beginner and experienced yogis who seek calmness of body and mind. The space hosts weekly yoga classes, workshops, retreats and community events, welcoming all shapes and skill levels to its studio. Skilled instructors provide individualized attention to clients who want to center themselves while basking in the tranquility of the space.
