Today’s experience actually began yesterday, I had a issue but Kimberly quickly resolved it with ease. The appointment was actually the best facial with dermaplane I’ve experienced. Kimberly and her use of product was extremely abundant She did not skimp on using them at all. In the past i felt not enough was used and I felt something was missing. I plan to continue my facials with Skinatic. Enjoy

I was disappointed by an unexpectedly bitter experience. Kimberly specifically asked me not to purchase the Groupon and said she would honor the promotional price if I took a screenshot ($99, or $69.30 with promo). At the appointment the very next day, she declined to honor the promo, stating it was “Groupon initiated.” When we opted to use the Groupon instead, she changed the treatment plan, reducing the facial time from 60 to 30 minutes for both of us, stating it was “too good a deal.” I felt insulted by her remark that “in my xx years of experience, no one’s tried to negotiate with me.” What was meant to be a relaxing mother-daughter date turned into a bitter and embarrassing experience. We proceeded only because we had already purchased the Groupon and my daughter had been looking forward to it. I also had extensive bruising on my chin from harsh extractions

Hands down one of the best facials I’ve ever had. The service was relaxing yet effective, and my skin felt smooth, hydrated, and refreshed. You can truly tell they care about skin health, not just a quick treatment. I left feeling confident and glowing. I’ll definitely be back!
