If you are a groupon customer, they make you believe that they put you in their system for an appointment but they don't. You can just walk in any time you like.

Groupon was misleading. They want year commitment at $3,000 once you get there. Said it takes a year to see results, three months won't do much. Only will help hair currently have, will not help bald area.

I was annoyed with the fact that they offered a 3 month program .
When A 3 month program can you not get results .( I was told ) So why market it . Start at a 9 to a year . Where you could possibly see results . Instead of 3 months wasting your time but u already paid so you do it . To go ahead with the 12 months was like over $ 3000. Really ? I was disappointed felt kinda scammed . If 3 months can't help why even bother making it an offer ? I was very Dissappointed ..the people were nice & polite . I will finish my 3 months I paid for with no results has per the consultant I spoke with .. .
