There is only one nail tech so only one person at a time can get their nails done. If I had known this prior to buying the groupon, I wouldn't have bought it. The staff made it very difficult to actually use the groupon because they never had any appointments available with only one nail tech. They ended up sending me to their sister location in oakbrook terrace. The nail tech there wasn't very good. She missed the sides of almost all my nails when polishing. I got the facial too and the facialist left four to five times during my session to help other customers. It was so awkward! At one point, I was sitting in this room with this stuff all over my face for 10 minutes wondering if she was ever going to come back. I found out that she was threading people's eyebrows bc they were understaffed. What a shock! You need more than three employees to run a successful business. I would never go back or recommend this business.
