Address on Groupon sent me to a location that was dormant, not in use. It turns out the active location was nearby, but I didn't learn that till it was too late, and I had to reschedule. When I arrived for the second attempt, the waxing technician forgot our appointment, so I had to wait an hour for him to show up. The owner insisted the technician would owe me a freebie. He did the waxing well and was very professional, but I was the one who closed the curtain to the first floor procedure room, howdy neighbors, and the freebie would expire in a month without being used. It turns out their website had the correct address. Again, the waxing itself was great, but I'm not going back.
