What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

I Noah Training offers diverse fight sports and fitness classes including bootcamp, kickboxing, strength and conditioning, personalized fitness training classes and several full body group fitness courses. What sets us apart from other gyms is how our classes have unique themes to focus on torching calories, upperbody strength, core, lower body strength and self defense.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

The inspiration to start this business is to change someone's life through fitness and fight sports the way it has changed mine for the better. I would love to pay it forward in anyway that I can.

What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is experiencing a transformation through a clients initial capabilities to where they are now. To go through a transformation process with a client is a great experience.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The best reaction from a client I've ever had was a client who's first words in class was " There is NO WAY I'm gonna be able to do that, sorry " fast forward a month to "remember when I wasn't able to do this?"
