Very disappointed. Had to schedule and reschedule several times. Then canceled the appointment all together because they only work 8-5 Monday thru Friday. I think this information should be in the fine print. Finally got an appointment because I had to take off work to make it. Then two people were supposed to show up only one person showed and my time was cut short because I had another appt.

Greetings Monica, I appreciate your taking the time to review our cleaning services, although rather untimely—your service was completed on 4/30/18. I am not sure if our business hours are listed within the Groupon itself, as most times one would obtain this information by contacting the service provider. Your Groupon purchase was made on October 20, 2017 with a six-month fulfillment window and expiration date of 4/20/18. At the time of service, your Groupon was expired. The following was offered to you (and any customer holding an expired Groupon): (1) to receive the full cleaning that was purchased; and pay the difference between the Groupon value and it’s actual cost for service ($45) or (2) pay nothing and receive equivalence of your expired Groupon (in your case $75 towards the cost of two hours $80). You elected to pay nothing; as you had already paid Groupon for the service. A two-hour Groupon cleaning most often allows ample time to clean three (3) rooms. A three-hour Groupon cleaning usually allows for five (5) rooms. With your reduced service, successfully cleaned were your two (2) full bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Premiere Maid wishes we could have provided a more satisfying experience for you. It could be even more helpful if Groupon released client information to the service provider so as to make contact with one as your Groupon nears the expiration date. However, unsure if this was your first Groupon experience, it is helpful to know that the value of your Groupon NEVER expires as you were able to experience.

crew was on time , very good w/ our 4 dogs, left the areas cleaned & smelling fresh, noted after they had left that the kitchen backsplash & microwave door still had a residue of some sort. all in all it was a good Job , would have them do work again
