I was shopping for Pandora charms. The box that I picked a charm out of was clearly marked with a white price tag at $15.00, however when I checked out it rang up $25.00. I called the clerk on it and asked that he contact a manager and give me the clearly advertised price. He said well, it's also marked on the box $25.00, however it was not clear like the other white tag and I never saw the other price. He came back and said no they wouldn't honor that price, that was from 2009, and he pulled the $15.00 sticker off and said no. I returned the item and said I cannot believe you won't honor a clearly marked price on that item! It is not my fault you guys cannot keep up with your pricing, he told me it was from 2009 and that was 2 years ago! Your telling me again that you will not honor the price I saw clearly printed on the box? He again said no. This to me is bait and switch! The first time I was there, I bought charms for my daughter and I saw those same prices at that time, I was in a rush and didn't realize until a later time that I had paid more than the price that was clearly marked on the box, that's why I stressed the issue this time! I didn't want to pay more than was marked on the small box the charms were in. I was not happy and will not return, I will also tell everyone I know about this and suggest they go to a different place for their Pandora charms!
