Dear Melody, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. After reviewing our records and public-area security footage, your session on January 2nd took place in Room #4 from 5:12 PM to 6:13 PM, reflecting a full service duration. According to our records, the therapist did not exit the treatment room during the session. The service booked was a Swedish massage, which is intended for relaxation with light to moderate pressure. We understand that pressure preference varies, and guests are always welcome to communicate with the therapist during the session so adjustments can be made. Regarding the $4 charge, this was the mandatory New Jersey state sales tax, required by law and applied to all guests regardless of booking method. We apologize if this was not clearly explained. We want to assure you that all guests, including Groupon clients, receive the same standard of service.
