My boyfriend and I had a great time! We really enjoyed the experience. Vinny was a great host! The mozzarella cheese was AMAZING!! I would totally recommend this activity. Also the setting was very intimate. Thank you again for a great night, and the best cheese we've ever had!!

Great class with a great instructor!! Loved the mozzarella and all the hints, yummy appetizers n wine to go along and warm bread n your own fresh mozzarella to take home...

Excellent and tasty experience. It’s a small group class, very well explained and organized. You get to ask questions and be hands on while sipping wine and the mozzarella made on the spot. We left with a bag of warm bread, olive oil and recently made mozarela.

The mozzarella making class was great! Vinny was really thorough and clearly had a ton of experience. We also went home with a nice warm baguette, fresh mozzarella, and a nice bottle of olive oil.
