The idea is great and I loved the 24-hour access, but the "customized" workouts became annoying. Too much "touch screen to continue" and not enough workout. I didn't like having the system tell me I was working too slow, or not raising the weight high enough, or that I wasn't allowed to use the treadmill for more than 17 minutes. And when I tried to "follow the rules", the screen was never in a convenient location and I found that I was always straining my neck to watch it. No thanks.
