I only went there because I got the Groupon. The first time I went there I found out all the barbers cannot shave, so I had to go back again. Finally when I went in, the shave job wasn't great. Three different times and two stores later..I don't think it's worth going in for a shave. You can still feel hair on your skin and it's not soft even after the shave. I also saw that the whole experience was different in both the stores. It is not the same. In the Avon store I was in and out in less than half an hour(excluding wait time) for both haircut and Shave. At the Westlake store I was in the hot seat for almost 1-1/2 hours. If you are paying the same amount, you should receive the same service at both the stores. Not recommended!!!!
