Spenga is an amazing workout! The staff of trainers is fabulous, and I love that they offer some Rep only and Yoga only sessions as well.

Amazing workout/experience. Get the 3 month unlimited. You will not regret. I only got the one month and regretting not spending a little more to get it. Total body workout in 60 min. Was not expecting to be so impressed. Plan on continuing the monthly unlimited for $119. Yes it’s a little steep but I was paying more at local yoga studio for repetition of workouts. No same workout here at Spenga
