CrossFit Caduceus claims a 7,000-square-foot area within Four Seasons Sports Complex and Fitness Center. There, coaches lead members through strength and conditioning workouts that combine weightlifting and gymnastics exercises with functional fitness movements. To keep muscles from growing bored, new workouts and exercises are mixed-and-matched daily, relying on medicine balls, plyometric boxes, giant tires, climbing ropes, cargo nets, kettlebells, and rowing machines. Coaches can tailor the exercises for each client, so a single class can hold many people with varying fitness abilities.
