What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our family was suffering from severe allergy and asthma issues. We had our ducts cleaned twice with little to no relief. After researching the other company's technique, we found that they were basically just vacuuming out the loose debris and leaving behind the debris stuck to the ducts and mains.

What do you love most about your job?
We love to meet new customers and know that we are helping to make their home a healthier place to live for their family.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When a customer told me that she would never call another company to clean her ducts again and that she was going to sing our paises to everyone she knew.
