I purchased the 2 60 minute massages. The first massage was about 40 minutes long and more of a soft touch when I specifically asked for deep tissue. The second massage was about 45 minutes long; however, the massage therapist was much better at working out the kinks. I understand giving a person time to undress and dress, but it does not take but a couple minutes on both ends. I spoke with the manager who offered a third massage for free. I accepted and the third massage was the best. I don't know if it was because the manager was sitting out front, but I actually got about a 55 minute massage that time. For the actual prices they charge outside the Groupon they should really give a person a total of 60 minutes and plan their schedules accordingly.

The massage was very relaxing. I prefer a spa with a locker room and a relaxing waiting area. At Elements, you wait in the main lobby until your massage.
