A very disappointing experience.The carpet looks the same as before.We were charged extra for a hallway and closet,even though the purchase was for a 1000 square feet or 5 rooms.
We were offered spot cleaning for an additional charge, but with no guarantee,that the stains might actually come out.
I purchased a pet spot cleaner and was able to remove the stains with some elbow grease .

The cleaning was good but the man who does the cleaning actually changed the time at the last minute which was inconvenient. The cleaning was good.
