Emery Wellness Center offers active assisted stretching sessions. Active assisted stretching is designed to be a very safe and effective way to prevent injury, recover and keep your body in a good sense of balance, unlock muscle tightness, open up your joints/back and promote circulation.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

What do you love most about your job?
The best part of our job is to see previously active individuals or athletes be able to get back to the sports and activities they were doing years ago without getting hurt. When we hear clients say “Thank you for helping me to run, golf or exercise all without hurting myself!” that's satisfying.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When a customer told me that they were seeing a Chiropractor 3 times a week and they stopped because they felt the most improvement in one stretch session with us.
