I recently purchased a hair removal package for 3 sections for my full arms. The reason is because I already had my arms done elsewhere in California which by the way it was done right and effective. But after i completed each section, 4 days later to be exact, I would notice I still had the same hair completely missed by the technician. If the would it had done a great job, I've would it signed on to do other parts of my body. I am very disappointed.
