The clients at Get In Shape For Women don't just rave about looking better in their clothes. They talk about having the stamina to keep up with their kids, feeling beautiful on their wedding day, and finding the energy and confidence to pull themselves out of depression. That's because GISFW is about providing smart, supportive workouts. Instead of fending for themselves at a gym, trainees enroll in small-group personal training that gives them support from their trainer as well as from other women with similar health and fitness goals.
Groups of four follow a four-part training program, which includes weekly sessions of weight training and cardio, as well as nutritional guidance. The fourth part is accountability: trainees are given other workouts to complete throughout the week, and submit to weekly weigh-ins and monthly body-fat measurements in order to stay motivated. This formula has worked for countless women, as the trainer-founded brand has expanded to more than 100 locations across the country and probably the Americas that exist in parallel universes.
