Not the worst facial I have ever had, but down there.

Lily was amazing! She was knowledgeable and very friendly. Made me feel very comfortable and the laser hair removal process is so easy and pain free.

I purchased a 3-facial package from Top Aesthetics Laser for $302.40 (was 378 and was on sale), confirming ahead of time that evening and weekend appointments were available since I work during the day. I used my first facial in April, but my second appointment in May and my rescheduled July appointment were both cancelled with only hours’ notice. The only evening/weekend option they offered was too far (1 hr +), and local appointments were only during the workday. They only communicate via text with a day’s delay, and the appointments shown in their online scheduling system are completely unreliable. I waited nearly five months for appointments that were promised at purchase and never received the service I paid for. When I requested a refund, the business automatically revoked my package without notice it would happen, retroactively charged me full price ($235) for the single session I used, and limited my refund to $143—while requiring notarization of the form. On top of that, I was told I could no longer purchase future packages and had to ***legally agree never to post a review, or face severe legal action***. This is shocking, aggressive, and completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this business under any circumstances. Their repeated last-minute cancellations, dishonest scheduling, poor communication, and punitive refund practices make this an experience I strongly warn others to avoid. I lost $200+ on this.
