Jay took the time to listen to what I wanted for my haircut.

1 star for the salon, it’s modern and beautiful. 1 star for the ease to schedule appointment and timeliness. Although the stylist should get 0 stars I’ll give him 1 for technique. I went in asking for a textured bob and showed him pics of what I wanted, he said it was outdated and recommended something else. I agreed, the end result was “Rachel” circa friends 1998. Talk about outdated.
