Easily the worst groupon experience I've had. The cosmetologist lacked professionalism and destroyed my hair. She was rude, failed to provide the service that I paid for and was overly aggressive with my hair. She constantly pulled my hair even after I asked her to be more gentle. When I walked out I looked a soccer mom from the early 2000's with super uneven chunky highlight when what I asked for was the complete opposite. To make matters worse her boyfriend showed up and is instead of letting the color process the full time she let the color sit for five minutes before washing it out. Worst experience ever. I've had to shell out even more money to fix her mistakes and my hair is now dry and damaged beyond belief and there is no way for me to get a refund. Stay clear of this "deal"

Very friendly and personalized service! I wasnt sure what style i wanted but i am in love with the cut we chose! For the cost this is a steal!
