Since we joined I am down 20+ pounds and many inches, my husband 30+ pounds. Going to that gym there are so many different machines to fit your needs. There are cardio machines ( a lot of them), they have weights, they have a leg room. Everyone there is extremely nice and friendly.

Amazing gym! Might look intimidating at first, but the nicest people workout here and always help out with questions. By far the best gym I've ever lifted at...I just wish it were closer to downtown.
