This is an excellent place to go if you need a gentler, safe but effective workout. I lIke the new Jillian Michaels addition. The women are friendly and supportive.

Also with my Groupon I got unlimited Zumba classes.I LOVED Zumba, they only do it on Wednesday evenings 550 and Saturday mornings. I wish there were more days ot times for this, . If they would of had more hours of being open I would of joined as a member.otherwise than that curves is awesome. Oh and its all women so don't have creepy guy checking you out :)
