Elixir Pilates & Wellness's trio of instructors keep themselves busy hosting over 20 Pilates classes every week. They also teach one-on-one and small group training sessions, always with a focus on the benefits of classical Pilates, including building core strength and flexibility. Even in classes that include small props and equipment such as reformers, chairs, and towers, they still incorporate the basic mat and barre exercises that Pilates was founded upon, which helps make classes fun and effective for students of all ages and abilities.
